It was very hot during our three day stay and it was wonderful to have efficient air conditioning to return to at the end of each day. It was exceptionally clean, the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was super with lots of choice and all good quality. The Number 3 bus stops about 7 minutes walk away and we used that to get into Annecy every day, allowing us to leave the car in the free car park, in the shade of the hotel so it didn't get hot. All the buses are free in the summer so we took the bus into town and then the S4 up to Semnoz and walked up to the summit for the views. Staff were very helpful.

Wonderfully quiet, well laid out, equipped and compact room, excellent breakfast, and helpful staff. If arriving by car, there should be no problem. Access from town without your own car is the issue. Walking the three kilometers uphill and through complex and unmarked intersections is not practical. There is no public transportation. Taxis are not always available at the train station, and Uber is not always available either. Once there, staff can call a taxi for you, and they come quickly. Price was excellent, but breakfast and any taxis have to be added in.

Convenient location, good parking, friendly staff. We needed ice for our cooler and they were happy to provide. The manager went above and beyond when we rented electric bikes- he made sure our day was happy and fun by personally seeing to it we were satisfied with our experience.

Situated within easy reach of the town centre via bus (8-10 mins) - download the Sibra app to purchase your bus tickets, with buses every 10-15 mins. The staff were super friendly, the room had all the standard facilities and a nice open plan dinner area with tasty food.

Very good breakfast and big room. Free parking and closeness to the highway is comfortable for drivers.

The apartment was nice and big with comfy beds and a small kitchen area. My kids loved the foosball table and Xbox too. Breakfast was great as well and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great family friendly room with one double bed and two singles. We had an open plan room, but separated by a wall part of the way accross which was ideal for keeping an eye on the kids without disturbing them. Breakfast buffet and dinner buffet were great. Helpful staff. Convenient location and free parking.

The staff!!!This people is phenomenal,especially the girl in charge of the lobby with a ponitail,she is the best ever!!! This is the cleanest hotel i've ever been Food is perfect too!

It’s a little out of town so in a really quiet area of Annecy away from the noise and traffic. The staff were SUPER helpful and friendly and very very accommodating! We had the apartment in the building and when we first arrived someone had clearly been sick in the apartment and the main room was cleaned but of course the smell was still there. we told the staff and of course understood that it happens… it’s a hotel but we asked for another room as it was too bad of a smell to sleep. They immediately gave us another room for two nights for free. This helped a lot and we were able to sleep well. After the first night, they came in and changed the whole bed, mattress and everything and the smell was getting better but kept the extra room for the second night too. Third night it eas gone and all good again. thanks so much!

Loved the family rooms. Separate little room through an arch with twin beds in. Great facilities for the kids and an excellent restaurant/ breakfast. Big walk down to annecy town and we just popped on the bus on the way back. Perfect stop over for large group with kids aged 7-14.
